Winter Work

Even with the snow on the ground we have been very busy inside the maintenance building.  Currently,  Mike and Leon are working on the cars that we use daily on the golf course.  All of our cars are Toro Workmens and are either 9 or 10 years old.  Each car has approximately 120,000 miles on them.  On average there is about 1.5 days of work that needs to be completed.  Each car gets basically a complete make over all metal surface are painted and the plastic areas are buffed and waxed.  Mike checks over each car looking for any damage or running issues.  Oils are changed, brakes inspected, and engine gets a tune up.

Saturday the main work on the wall in front of the 17th was completed.  The cap still needs to be installed as well as the backfill behind the wall.  Most of the work will be done Tuesday just in time for the cold weather.  In the spring we will need to tie in the slope to the top of the wall.
