Well this was not the best week but it was a good week to recharge the system about 2.5 inches of rain.  I was not able to complete the approach aerating since we spent 2 days getting all the bunkers back in shape and lost 1.5 days to the rain this week..  But I did managed to complete 1,2,8,7.  With the cooler weather, I did raise the greens height.  That being said the greens are still very good for the most part we are really not mowing any grass right now on the greens the l-93 that we have basically slows down with this cool weather.  We have been rolling the greens, even after the rains the greens are still firm and pretty fast.  I was able to find a break in the windy week and fertilize the back nine.  I will finish the front nine next week.  This should help the plant encourage rooting and build some reserves up for the winter.  We will keep moving forward while maintaining a great golf course.  It looks like the weather is going to be really decent this weekend and  next week and I hope that you can get out and enjoy the golf course.
